In the last 12 years, trenchless pipe repair methods have become a proven and useful way to replace sewer and water lines in residential homes. However, many customers do not know they are even an option. The decisions about how to fix sewer and water pipe issues is usually made when an emergency occurs. In these circumstances, “quick and dirty” fixes are often elected. This means these alternative options are normally not shared with the homeowner.
Here at Henco Plumbing Services, we feel that you should know your options and if it’s possible to repair your sewer and water pipe issues without digging up your yard, you should definitely know the option is available to you. Our state-of-the-art methods can help repair problems without disrupting your property in a large way.
We use the patented Nu Flow trenchless lining system to repair sewer plumbing pipes in situations where this approach will work best. It involves double-entry access to pull an epoxy-saturated felt liner with an internal bladder inside the host pipe. The bladder is then inflated in place and later removed, leaving in place a smooth jointless new pipe within the host pipe. This ingenious method saves time and money and we can avoid digging out your entire sewer pipe system.
The system works well with residential and commercial plumbing for main and lateral sewer lines, as well as processed and chemical piping. If your sewer line is broken, call us at (360)773-8039 for an appointment to inspect your plumbing and discuss using the Nu Flow Trenchless repair system.
Directional drilling is a trenchless sewer and water pipe replacement process that allows for us to drill through all types of soil and rock without digging up landscaping, patios and other yard components. This environmentally friendly approach does not cause ugly damage to your property just to fix a pipe. This is preferable to many property owners and usually does not incur any massive overhead in pricing.
One of the most innovative methods of trenchless pipe replacement is pipe bursting. A polyethylene pipe is run through the damaged pipe with a powerful pulling machine. This machine breaks the old pipe as it goes. All this can be done through holes dug on both sides of the damaged section and little other impact to the property.
Once the polyethylene pipe is in place, an electrical current is used to fuse the sections into a solid, seamless pipe that can stand up to lots of abrasion, microbiological or chemical corrosives that may pass through them. There is also less cleanup and disruption to the property.
