Justin did an amazing job with the water heater install. He was on time and very good to talk to. He explained everything patiently and in fact even pointed out that the previous electric line needed professional termination. We are quite happy and satisfied with Henco and are looking forward to get another project done soon in few months.

Michael did a very thorough inspection of our sewer system and diagnosed the problem quickly. A detailed synopsis of the repair was presented along with a fair quote for the extent of the repair.

My issue was 3 toilets that overfilled with water, wouldn’t flush, and back up in the shower drain. Drew’s calm manner in explaining probable cause, confirmed via drain camera ( & return to normal flushing), was such a relief. And price very reasonable for a weekend - same as weekday price!

We had an emergency leak overnight which flooded our second story and down to the first floor. We turned the water off, but needed the plumbing fixed, and Austin showed up within hours! He was very professional and quite helpful in rectifying our emergency situation. We will absolutely utilize them again if we ever have plumbing needs!

Michael from Henco was outstanding. We had a clog in our rainwater pipes connecting all out downspouts. Michael had the right equipment (a pipe snake equipped with a camera, an above ground handheld device that could listen through the ground, and a massive gas-powered pressure washer), the right training, and the right attitude to get the job done.
We had a different company come out earlier in the day and spend the whole time on their phone talking to someone in the office because they hadn't a clue how to approach the problem.
We HIGHLY recommend Henco!

Mike was fast, knowledgeable and he really cares about his clients and helping get down to the bottom of your plumbing issues. He uncovered issues that past plumbers didn’t catch when coming out for the same problem. I would highly recommend Henco to anyone with any kind of plumbing needs.

Austin was really professional and easy to talk with. He fixed the leak under my bathroom sink by replacing a pipe and adding a new pea trap. It was a 45 minute job. I was surprised at the cost which was nearly $800. Being a widower and on a fixed
income this set me back. The job needed done so it is what it is. Tom Boyle

We are so pleased with the urgent response from Hayden Winn on Christmas Eve. We were advised by the City of Ridgefield that we had a rupture in our main water service to our house. Hayden came out immediately and repaired it so we would have water for the family on Christmas. He was very pleasant and competent. Thank you so much!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was with this company! From the time we called until they came to the house they were so kind and professional, and when Colton and Leo showed up for the work, they were both so wonderful and very professional. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem that two other plumbing companies didn’t bother to even look into when they came out. Colton ran us through everything that they found and everything that would need to take place to fix the problem and made sure we knew in advance what was going to be done and how much it would be. Colton showed up and finished the job the next day and it was top notch. He didn’t just fix what we needed done but corrected previous work we had done that was found to be not up to code. He is the most kind service person that we’ve ever had and we look forward to working with him again. We already have more work scheduled with this company and they are our number one go to from now on. Thank you Henco!

Great experience with Jeff. He came out quickly and handled a tricky situation where my old faucet was completely stuck and had to be cut off. Even though the new faucet install itself was straightforward, the removal definitely wasn’t—and Jeff took care of it efficiently and professionally. Everything works perfectly now and the area was left clean. I really appreciate the help and would definitely call again.

Had an amazing experience with Henco for plumbing and handling a large leak in our waterline. They were fast, friendly and reasonable. We had a wonderful tech, Austin, who gave us excellent options in terms of approach and pricing. Would definitely recommend them and plan on hiring them for future plumbing and electrical work!

We had to have our grinder (sump)pump & some plastic pipe replaced. Michael checked the system/diagnosed the problems. TJ Brossard & crew did the work the next day. There was some miscommunication between Michael, his supervisor, the supply manager, and TJ. After all the phone conversations between all involved finally got hashed out, part of it has to be redone. TJ came out again the following day and made sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Very happy with end result.

This being a huge job for everyone involved. I don't remember everyone's name bit please let everyone know we are happy on how hard, dedicated and determined to get it done. Through the rain storms and down pours there are 3 gentlemen the did a wonderful job and am very thankful: Brent, Nolan, and Phil thank you very much and to everyone happy holidays!

Daniel and Issac were a great team. They kept me updated on the progress of their sewer pipe repair. They showed me what was blocking our pipe as well as the cracks in the pipe. They placed new ABS pipes in with a new clean out and packed the dirt beneath the sewer pipe to prevent sagging. They cut a square opening in our concrete patio to repair a crack in that portion of the pipe ( although I was not shown that crack).Daniel gave me clear explanation of the repair and Daniel and Issac avoided any significant damage to our neighbor’s property and regraveled their sidewalk. Both were cheerful and polite. They did excellent work.

We had Michael come out the very next morning - spent hours checking, diagnosing, and scoping our "problem". Our sump pump finally gave out. Michael was very thorough & professional, and explained his findings as he went. We really enjoy someone who's personable and has a sense of humor!
