Great experience with Jeff. He came out quickly and handled a tricky situation where my old faucet was completely stuck and had to be cut off. Even though the new faucet install itself was straightforward, the removal definitely wasn’t—and Jeff took care of it efficiently and professionally. Everything works perfectly now and the area was left clean. I really appreciate the help and would definitely call again.

Had an amazing experience with Henco for plumbing and handling a large leak in our waterline. They were fast, friendly and reasonable. We had a wonderful tech, Austin, who gave us excellent options in terms of approach and pricing. Would definitely recommend them and plan on hiring them for future plumbing and electrical work!

We had to have our grinder (sump)pump & some plastic pipe replaced. Michael checked the system/diagnosed the problems. TJ Brossard & crew did the work the next day. There was some miscommunication between Michael, his supervisor, the supply manager, and TJ. After all the phone conversations between all involved finally got hashed out, part of it has to be redone. TJ came out again the following day and made sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Very happy with end result.

This being a huge job for everyone involved. I don't remember everyone's name bit please let everyone know we are happy on how hard, dedicated and determined to get it done. Through the rain storms and down pours there are 3 gentlemen the did a wonderful job and am very thankful: Brent, Nolan, and Phil thank you very much and to everyone happy holidays!

Daniel and Issac were a great team. They kept me updated on the progress of their sewer pipe repair. They showed me what was blocking our pipe as well as the cracks in the pipe. They placed new ABS pipes in with a new clean out and packed the dirt beneath the sewer pipe to prevent sagging. They cut a square opening in our concrete patio to repair a crack in that portion of the pipe ( although I was not shown that crack).Daniel gave me clear explanation of the repair and Daniel and Issac avoided any significant damage to our neighbor’s property and regraveled their sidewalk. Both were cheerful and polite. They did excellent work.

We had Michael come out the very next morning - spent hours checking, diagnosing, and scoping our "problem". Our sump pump finally gave out. Michael was very thorough & professional, and explained his findings as he went. We really enjoy someone who's personable and has a sense of humor! It’s never fun needing to call an emergency plumber but Henco really does make sure that they take care of their customers! Austin Thatcher was in communication regarding when he would arrive, he fixed our leak promptly, he kept us updated during the process. Great service!

On a recent Saturday morning, my neighbor knocked on my door to point out that I had developed an artesian spring in the middle of my front yard... a leak in the main between the meter and my house. We had a water heater installed today by Colton, who was very professional. We have a triplex, and the apartment where he did the work has the most upgraded water heater I’ve ever seen! He left the work area in tip-top shape. Before he did the work, we had a good discussion about tankless water heaters, and water heat pumps, and settled on the tank style. It was simple, straightforward, and quick.

After another failed tankless water heater, I found Henco Plumbing Services… a dealer and installer for the Navien brand tankless heaters… a premium product. Yesterday, Tim Kluting ,from Henco, was sent to our door for an estimate and consult of our project. Work was scheduled for the next day. This morning, Tim arrived a little ahead of schedule and quietly began work. Disassembly and removal of the old failed heater and installation and plumbing of the new unit plus a recirculating valve that alleviates waiting for hot water to arrive.

Tim is a Navien factory trained technician. Watching him work was pure joy. No wasted motion, all movements precise. Our installation was completed in just over 3 hrs. Gotta be a record somewhere!! Tim has my utmost respect and I wish him well in his career.

Travis was great to work with, explained everything clearly, resloped sagging sections of sewer pipe and replaced failing existing pipe hangers with stronger and better hangers that would last longer. I’d definitely work with him again.

Had two new quater valves installed in our basement, including the main water valve for the house. Work included reconfiguring the pipes. Technician showed up on time, was very friendly, and left the place clean when he was done.

My initial impression was a bit rocky. I filled out the online form at Pipeline Plumbing for a drain clearing request, and received a phone call in minutes from a company I’d never heard of (Henco?). I asked how they were related to Pipeline, and I was told that they were a “sister company” and both companies have the same owner. Hmmm. But I needed a drain cleaned and they were able to do it same day without an emergency call out - so plugged ahead.

I was told the plumber would arrive between btwn 10am-2pm, and they completely missed that window. When I called a bit after 2:00 I was told I was still in the queue, but no ETA.

Shane showed up about 5pm (in a truck from Henco, not Pipeline) and explained the relationship between the companies (sounds like there are currently 3 sister companies). He was later then expected because he had been dispatched to an emergency callout (not a huge deal, but I wish dispatch had told me that), and after assessing my problem jumped right into clearing the drain. 30 minutes later I have a snaked drain that is flowing. Shane even ran a camera through and showed me the source of my problem appears to be a section of pipe with standing water where sediment collects (despite having used other plumbers in the past this was news to me). I now know why every few years I’m calling a plumber for the same drain.

So a rocky start ended with a clear pipe and I learned something about my plumbing system. Bonus that there was no hard sell for other services I did not need. My 5-star rating reflects my overall experience from the time Shane called to say he was in the way until he left. He was professional and informative and based on that experience I would not hesitate to use Henco (or Pipeline) again.
