Jesse was an amazing plumber so professional, informative, friendly. We are keeping his card . The answering service sure got Henco quickly. I called about 11:30 am and before 5pm the new water heater was installed and working!

HENCO has helped us with two major issues: a sewage backup into our showers and tub, and a leak in the main water supply pipe to our house. I won't try to judge the cost, because I don't know what such things should cost. I will say that the plumbers were excellent: high quality diagnosis and repair and clear communication throughout the process. I have confidence in these guys, and they will continue to be my first choice for serious plumbing problems.

Johnny was prompt, quick, courteous, and very professional. The job was done in an hour and a half, including a run to pick up the new disposal, and pulling the dishwasher out to access the electrical outlet. I paid $129 for the service call, plus an outrageous price for a 1/2 HP disposer, but it was worth it for me, in my particular circumstances. Totally top-notch service.

Austin was very professional in his evaluation. He provided lots of information and explained his recommendations in detail. He took his time and while I didn’t have the services recommended at this time, I highly recommend this company. They are very responsive and professional.

My grandmother was having some trouble with her outdated electrical receptacle. I called the number and dispatch connected me with JJ. It took him about 24 hours to actually get out to the property but she lives in the country so it’s understandable. He was very communicative about when his ETA would be and text and called me multiple times letting me know what his status was. He didn’t overcomplicate things and was straight to the point with addressing and fixing the problem. He also let me know about an outdated breaker panel that she had- emailed me a quote for what it would be to switch it out. He’s very informative but no pressure and really nice and personable. The photos are of the mess that existed before they got there. Got everything all cleaned up and up to code.

CJ did such a great job repairing our drywall after some HVAC work damaged a small area. It looks as good as new. Very professional and friendly. And he cleaned everything up when he was done. This was done at no charge as it was a repair. Thank you so much CJ.

We replaced old galvanized pipe with PEX from the main after one sprang a leak. Zack was great. This was a complex job he was able to come up with creative solutions.

Would highly recommend Henco and plumber, Caleb. Our washer gate valves were leaking and our water heater was in poor condition at 20 years old. Caleb came out within a couple hours from calling to assess our leaking situation. He gave recommendations with several options to proceed. Once we decided to move forward with the work Caleb came out on a Sunday morning and replaced our water gate valves and water heater. Everything works great now. No leaks! Caleb did a fabulous job! Awesome service! We will use Henco again for any plumbing needs.

Brian was awesome. He made sure our problem was actually fixed instead of just suggesting a band aid. He worked efficiently and was very respectful of our house making sure to wear protective footwear and cleans up thoroughly. And rather than rush through, he offered to take care of any other problems we had. Would highly recommend.

We had a sewage pump valve failure over the weekend. Henco's Jeff assesed the problem on Mon, Michael did a complete camera-assist determination on Tues, and Ryland replaced the faulty part and added a cleanout port on Wed. Excellent work, and the repair was done quickly and efficiently.

He arrived quickly and snaked our drain that had a rat sized hairball blocking drainage. He was pleasant to work with and I would call him again when we need him. Thanks!

JJ was great. He made sure myself and my wife understood each thing he was explaining and was very understanding of our needs. He even went above and beyond to give advice for future planning that we may not have even been aware of looking into.

We needed our basement pump replaced. Loy Huskey from Henco plumbing came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, went after parts and had our washer back in service the same evening. He was friendly, courteous and left the work space clean. I would not hesitate to call him for other work

We have worked with Henco for a couple of plumbing projects. Each time, the plumbers have been professional, helpful, insightful, and very kind to our son who loves plumbing. We have worked with Colton and with Leo, and they both have been great. Leo in particular was very insightful and worked hard to troubleshoot our spigots having odd pressure related issues.

Cesar was the plumber who came to my home to repair a toilet. After talking, it ended up being more cost effective to replace my toilet. Cesar was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional from start to finish. I appreciated his help very much.

Haden Cofer, my plumber, was quite impressive. I called for an appraisal and an hour later he was at my house. We discussed what needed to be done and the next morning he arrived and removed my old water heater and installed a new one. Very neat, very efficient, and very courteous.

Had a great experience working with Shane and Henco. Drain line hydro jetting with camera inspection for 35 unit Condo complex. Gave written updates daily with pictures of how the job was progessing, complete the job in the quoted amount of time and did not leave a mess for owners to clean up after. Answered questions promptly and very pleasant tow work with from estimate through completion of project.

Henco Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical has very talented, efficient and courteous repairmen that I have been very pleased with their work at reasonable prices. Nick repaired our Heat Pump, a plumbing problem was fixed professionally and recently Angel performed an electrical panel upgrade with a surge protector that will add 15-20 years life to the panel and will protect all electrical appliances and devices from electrical surge damage. I highly recommend Henco.

Absolutely loved working with Jose. He came out to follow up on some reinstall work done earlier for an insurance repair after the hot water tank abruptly started dripping, and determined quickly what needed repaired on the tank as well as identifying causes, and set us up for getting it fixed the very next morning. The process was painless (for me, I can't say the same about my husband or Jose's efforts to get the new tank maneuvered into that closet without Vaseline), and we had multiple payment options presented clearly for us to choose from. He also identified problems with the water pressure regulator for the house, and has likely saved our other appliances from potential damage. I appreciated his candor as well as sense of humor, and noticed the care he put into his work and to respecting our home while working in it.

Our general contractor for remediation/reconstruction after a washing machine leak used Henco services, and I certainly see why. Attention to detail was very much apparent.

We got an estimate from this company and while we did end up using a different contractor to install because we got a little bit better price.. I wanted to say what an excellent job Cody did when he came to do our estimate. He was very nice and professional. He seemed knowledgeable and because our shut off valve was faulty and letting some water leak through, he was kind enough to cap the water line at no charge so we wouldn’t continue to have a slow leak destroying our wood floors. I would absolutely recommend checking them out.

Great local business. They did a whole house repipe for me staying with a consult to review the scope of the project and my options. They have me a very reasonable quote and didn't need to replace all the insulation under my house like other companies says they would need to do. I got scheduled within the month and the work was done in a reasonable time. Jacob did a great job and respected my house while he was here. Henco scheduled the city inspection for me and worked with the city to make a few small corrections. They also have their own drywallers that they brought to patch up the walls. Adrian did a fantastic job including texturing the walls to match. They make sure you are fully satisfied before they finish the project and they warrant their work. They are associated with Sunset Heating & Cooling who also did a great job replacing my furnace when it crapped out a couple years ago in the middle of winter. I will continue to go through Henco & Sunset for any house project that they can do!
