They were prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, punctual and professional every step of the way. They did great work replacing my water heater and furnace. Hope I don’t need them anytime soon but won’t be worried if I do.

Adrian did all of my drywall after a complete home pipe replacement. He is a craftsman and does beautiful work. Was very considerate and a nice guy. He is trustworthy to do a great job.

Henco Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. Caleb came out to repair a couple of leaking shut-off valves in my 5-year-old home, and he was absolutely top notch — knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. He did high-quality work and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’m also considering a whole-house filtration system, and he has been incredibly patient and helpful in answering my many questions. Highly recommend Caleb and Henco Plumbing.

Our tankless water heater stopped working last Thursday night. The technician arrived before 9am the next morning, and during his diagnostic work up it was clear that we needed a replacement (our unit was 13 years old). He contacted their install team, who had the day off, and they dropped what they were doing and came out to the house. The new unit was installed by the time my wife got home from work. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the entire team. BB

Henco was great to work with.
The manager found a guy willing to come out after hours after initially thinking he didn’t have anyone.
And the young man who came was helpful/professional and very knowledgeable.
Ultimately he explained everything that he was doing along the way and advised me on next steps to take on my own.
My level of respect went way up for repair plumbers on what they have to go through when the fecal matter hits the proverbial oscillator device!

I had a really big job done, all my toilets and showers were backing up! The job included excavating and digging under my neighbors driveway! All the folks at Henco Plumbing were fantastic! Many folks were involved and they were all knowledgeable, friendly, efficient! They cleaned everything up and replaced the concrete in my neighbors driveway! The names I remember are Michael, Daniel, Aaron, Lupe, and Phillip, there were maybe more, it was big! If I missed any names, shoutout to them as well! Thank you very much for helping me out in my time of need!

Wesley, the General Manager, was awesome from start to finish. Ron Morris was terrific—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to doing the job right. Chris Williams coordinated our new HVAC system and did an absolutely phenomenal job. Aaron Kelly replaced our main sewer line flawlessly. Drew Lipe installed all of my new toilets with excellent craftsmanship and even tested the new bidet after final use to make sure everything was working perfectly. Penelope kept everything organized and the entire process smooth and stress‑free.

Dakota on the dispatch team was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always on top of communication. And I have to say, seeing Remi the dog on their vans is the best branding choice ever. Nothing like a good dog to brighten your day before the crew even arrives.

Darren arrived on time for an overall inspection of my plumbing as per an offer that came with a furnace service. I had questions about the quality of the pipes and he verified that mine were good —no worries about their cracking, etc. He checked every fixture, noting potential issues and what things were beginning to age out. No hard selling, which I appreciated. Easy to talk to and willing to explain or show me how some plumbing features work. I’d definitely call him when I need a new install or repair.

Loy did a great job. Showed up early, helped identify the issue and solved it expeditiously. Thought we had a pipe/drain leak into the ceiling, ended up being a faulty wax ring and toilet issue. Toilet replaced, all reset and functioning. Super responsive from first phone call to final job.

I was very pleased with Colten Watt and his plumbing skills. He tried one option but the pilot light would not stay on so I discussed the other options and decided to replace the gas hot water heater. He installed it today. Left no mess. He looked at my dishwasher and said it needs to be replaced and he also changed my light bulbs 💡 that were burnt out and required a ladder. Since I am 78 1/2 years old I am not comfortable balancing myself on a ladder. In the future if I need a plumber I would always like him to be my plumber.

Called and had serviceman out same day (one hour after I called!!). Had no hot water at kitchen faucet (but did have hot water elsewhere in house). Solved the problem in less than five minutes. (Tiny flow reducer in faucet preventing enough water flow to trip water heater.) Tim Kluting AWESOME!!!

Dillon from Henco Plumbing and Heating arrived right on time to perform a plumbing maintenance inspection. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He inspected every plumbing aspect of our home. As he was working, he explained all functions of our system including helpful hints to prolong the life of our system. I highly recommend Henco for this type of work, and especially Dillon for peace of mind.

I was very happy with how quickly Henco scheduled team members to come do estimates for electric and plumbing work. JJ and Wyatt were very thoughtful and thorough in their questions and explanations. I have not yet had any work done with them, but the quotes process was excellent.

It was very easy to make an appointment and the technician Jason called back quickly to say they could fit us in same day! We just needed our unless hot water heater flushed and serviced. Jason did a great job and was in and out in just over an hour. Very professional and thorough. Thank you!

My experience with Henco was excellent. I used them for some electrical work. The scheduling process was easy and they communicated and updated me about the appointment as appropriate. Jarin, the electrician, was on time and early in the scheduled window. He was very efficient and effective completing the required work. Jarin was very nice, polite and answered the questions that I had in a very understandable way. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for my electric needs and will try the HVAC and plumbing services.

Henco Plumbing was great as usual. Justin (plumbing contractor) communicated with me two days after their field visit to finalize the job. Installation and repairs completed within two hours. I am area Property Manager and really appreciated the prompt service !!

Upon discovery of a plumbing issue, where we were not able to use our hot water, we called Henco and left a message, Henco returned our call promptly. Casey came out that very morning, discovered the problem and fixed it. Casey was personable and gave professional, friendly service. We received emails and texts from the office staff with estimates and copies of invoices.
We also had some electrical work done and the electricians were quick, thorough and efficient.
Friendly service all around and we would use them again.

I’m very happy with the work that was done. They talked to me before starting about what they thought was the problem. Once they fixed things they made sure that everything was working and water was flowing properly and not just fixing the broken pipe valves.

Matthew came to replace a heating duct that had separated when I had my ducts cleaned out by a different company. He explained everything he was going to do while in the crawl space. He also gave me some estimates for repiping the plumbing system and insulating the pipes that are under my condo right now. He was supposed to send me photos of duct, but I haven't received them yet.
