We had a water heater installed today by Colton, who was very professional. We have a triplex, and the apartment where he did the work has the most upgraded water heater I’ve ever seen! He left the work area in tip-top shape. Before he did the work, we had a good discussion about tankless water heaters, and water heat pumps, and settled on the tank style. It was simple, straightforward, and quick.

Matthew was very thorough, documenting and explaining every issue with my HVAC system, both the positive and negative. I decided to go with a new unit. Again, Matthew was very thorough and patient in explaining my options and answering my questions. A pleasure to work with!

After another failed tankless water heater, I found Henco Plumbing Services… a dealer and installer for the Navien brand tankless heaters… a premium product. Yesterday, Tim Kluting ,from Henco, was sent to our door for an estimate and consult of our project. Work was scheduled for the next day. This morning, Tim arrived a little ahead of schedule and quietly began work. Disassembly and removal of the old failed heater and installation and plumbing of the new unit plus a recirculating valve that alleviates waiting for hot water to arrive.

Tim is a Navien factory trained technician. Watching him work was pure joy. No wasted motion, all movements precise. Our installation was completed in just over 3 hrs. Gotta be a record somewhere!! Tim has my utmost respect and I wish him well in his career.

Travis was great to work with, explained everything clearly, resloped sagging sections of sewer pipe and replaced failing existing pipe hangers with stronger and better hangers that would last longer. I’d definitely work with him again.

Had two new quater valves installed in our basement, including the main water valve for the house. Work included reconfiguring the pipes. Technician showed up on time, was very friendly, and left the place clean when he was done.

My initial impression was a bit rocky. I filled out the online form at Pipeline Plumbing for a drain clearing request, and received a phone call in minutes from a company I’d never heard of (Henco?). I asked how they were related to Pipeline, and I was told that they were a “sister company” and both companies have the same owner. Hmmm. But I needed a drain cleaned and they were able to do it same day without an emergency call out - so plugged ahead.

I was told the plumber would arrive between btwn 10am-2pm, and they completely missed that window. When I called a bit after 2:00 I was told I was still in the queue, but no ETA.

Shane showed up about 5pm (in a truck from Henco, not Pipeline) and explained the relationship between the companies (sounds like there are currently 3 sister companies). He was later then expected because he had been dispatched to an emergency callout (not a huge deal, but I wish dispatch had told me that), and after assessing my problem jumped right into clearing the drain. 30 minutes later I have a snaked drain that is flowing. Shane even ran a camera through and showed me the source of my problem appears to be a section of pipe with standing water where sediment collects (despite having used other plumbers in the past this was news to me). I now know why every few years I’m calling a plumber for the same drain.

So a rocky start ended with a clear pipe and I learned something about my plumbing system. Bonus that there was no hard sell for other services I did not need. My 5-star rating reflects my overall experience from the time Shane called to say he was in the way until he left. He was professional and informative and based on that experience I would not hesitate to use Henco (or Pipeline) again.

Colton explained the workings of the very complicated plumbing powering my water heater and radiant heat very well so I could understand the issues and options to solve this issue. Really appreciated how genuine the support was and his patience!

Michael helped me out today with clogged sinks. He was on time and worked efficiently. He was very respectful of being clean and communicated well. He gave a fair bid and stayed until the whole project was done. He found some areas that would need improvement to prevent this in the future and wrote a bid, showing me the video footage to explain the problem. I felt very happy with my service from Michael and will be using them again.

Both people who came were polite, went right to work and were very respectful of my home.I called Thanksgiving night and they were hwre first thing in the morning. When our old drain lines failed under the house we called Henco because we had been pleased with their prior work. We called late Friday, and they had someone there early Monday. We were fine with not having an after-hours callout, so this is just what we hoped for. The assessment was that all our 60+ year old galvanized drain lines needed to be updated. It is spendy, but what we needed. They arranged spill remediation for Tuesday morning and started working the replacement the same day. We’re back to normal services at the end of the workday on Wednesday. We’re very pleased. We decided to take care of the drywall repairs ourselves as we didn’t feel their subcontractor was very competitively priced, but we may find that we’re wrong. Very happy with the 0% financing offered so we have time to arrange the money details over a few months. Overall, a very prompt and professional job.
