We had the Henco to do a big project for us . Our first experience was with Tito Arguelles, lead HVAC installer. He went above and beyond to replace our old furnace that was a surprise damaged and add AC to our home. Tito was an incredible young man, conscientious, personable and excellent worker. This company sure found a great employee with Tito.

Felt very comfortable getting quotes for a new water heater from Rod Sherman. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of different options in a calm way. Did not feel he was trying to sell anything, simply provide service that was needed. I feel like every service call should be like this.

Brantson was a great tech. He helped me navigate lots of options to help reduce my cost but also get the right services and products for my home. I needed a new toilet and by the end of the day we had a working new toilet! He was very clean and I feel comfortable that this will be a repair that lasts many years

Had an issue with my water tank leaking and was able to get the issue resolved and tank replaced the next day.

Cody and Nolan were super helpful during the whole process and I couldn’t recommend Henco any stronger.

I was also able to get my hvac inspected by Dean and he helped identify a loud buzzing from the fresh air element and ensured I had the best recommendations for replacement.

Travis was informative, explained what he thought was the problem. Showed me how to use the pilot and restart button.

My experiences with some of the plumping outfits in Vancouver have been hit or miss. Unfortunately, some did very poor work.
I checked out Henco Plumbing Services, The Better Business Bureau rated them A+ - that was my first research, they are reputable and do quality work.
I read independent reviews from multiple sources, Henco Plumbing Services came in the top 5 of Clark County plumbing outfits.

Drew came to my home on time, he was courteous.
He checked out the problems and determined the best approach to fix them and cleared the laundry drain that was plugged. He quoted us a bid to fix the other issue, he scheduled the repair work for the next day.

The next day, Ryland came out to do the repairs.
He went to work immediately, he did a great job, my wife and I are very pleased with his work.
Both guys are personable and competent.

We will go with Henco again, if plumping issues arise. They are a great company to work with, they back up their reputation.

Austin is a great asset to Henco Plumbing. He called before arriving and greeted me with a smile on his face. He did a great job and explained everything he was doing and that I needed to know. More to meets the eye!!! Superior work, honest and straightforward which is refreshing! Went through the different options!!! Had financial assistance options, which we took! Much thanks and our hot water heater is nice and hot hot!! I can't say enough about the work and mindfulness of Colton!!! Made sure shoes were off as he came in the house or wore boot covers!! Cats adored him... speaks volumes there. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs thier service!! Thank you again sir!!!

The dreaded death of a water heater, nobody likes dealing with the inconvenience of 5-10 minute showers due to running out of hot water. That is the predicament that we found ourselves in this past week. I decided to call around and get some quotes, a couple of places gave phone quotes ranging from $1600 to over $4000 to replace it. I called Henco and they said they would send out one of their techs to give an estimate. This was to ensure the most accurate quote possible. Tim came out and assessed the weak water heater. He found a slow leak on the top element and burned wires on the lower. He recommended not turning it back on and that he should be able install one that afternoon. The quote provided while not cheap, sounded at least somewhat reasonable, but I needed to think about it for a bit. I ended up calling back and scheduling the install that afternoon. Tim was fantastic, hard working and friendly. He got the job done in no time. Thanks Tim!

Others employees that I dealt with at Henco were the same, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They even send a brief bio and photo of the tech that is coming to your home. I thought this was a nice touch.

Long story short, I highly recommend Henco and while I hope to never have to use them again, I would do so without any reservation.

I love Henco's system. You call, they get you in the books, pass it on the dispatch and get you in as soon as possible. I had someone out same day, on a weekend, AMAZING!!! Best plumbing I've worked with thus far and I've worked with about 7 over the years.

This review is for Colton Watson.
Colton showed up to my home this morning to service my kitchen sink.
Unfortunately, because my sink was plumbed incorrectly (long story) he was unable to make the necessary fixes. He worked diligently to try to assist me. Colton was very honest about the issue I was faced with and was able to suggest another technician, Michael Gehr.
Colton, thank you so much for your help today!!! You made me feel comfortable with your friendliness.
If I need help in the future, I will definitely ask that you or Michael be sent and I will pass on any business to Henco!!

These guys were life savers! After a bit of snow, our water heater took a nose dive. They were the second place we called (after the first provider said they wouldn’t be able to come out until Monday… this was Saturday morning). They were able to send out Brantson, who was spectacular. He spent most of Saturday and all day Sunday with us, got our new water heater installed and was super knowledgeable. We are finally able to take a hot shower again!

Colton was my technician and he was great. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and what the cost would be. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself. Colton is just a very nice guy on top of providing good workmanship. I would definitely request him the next time I need service.

Their technician, CODY, was extremely knowledgeable about the water.heater product line. When he arrived we went into the house where he explained their product line and prices and offering his opinion and his suggestion for replacement. When he. Same back with the new water heater, he started and completed the deinstall. When he started the install, he ran into some.problems and after some thought solved them. He kept me informed and completed the work. After completing the.install hecompletely cleaned up the area.

Jose had the kind of work ethic you wish everyone you entrusted your home with had. He encountered hiccups, incredibly difficult area to put a water heater, and other obstacles. Even getting here in snow. He just calmly figured out a way. I know without a doubt we will call on him for any future plumbing needs.

Plumbing problems are always scary but Cody did a fantastic job of walking us through what he was doing every step of the way. He didn’t act rushed and he didn’t just shove a bill at us on his way out the door. I really appreciate that he took his time and explained everything and answered any questions I might of had.

He was extremely knowledgeable which I appreciated as well. Ours is not a simple solution but Cody and Henco have an idea of what will be our best long-term solution. I feel very confident with Cody and the Henco team in getting our problem fixed for the long-term.

I called Henco about a water leak Monday afternoon and Colton came out the next morning. He quickly found the source of the water, I gave him the go-ahead, and he immediately began the repair. He also referred me to a remediation company, as there was damage to the drywall.
I had initially called a different plumbing company who could make an appointment for the next week. I’ll call Henco first from now on.
